A robustness with a very pronounced flavour of green olive and cut grass, and a finishing touch of raw artichoke: such is the strength of “L’Ardente”. Very fruity, with almost spicy sensations, it is ideal for shellfish, wild game, cheese and raw vegetables.

Our non-AOP olive oil is guaranteed to come from olives of the Vallée des Baux de Provence and is produced at the Moulin Coopératif de Mouriès. This fruity green oil has herbaceous and slightly spicy notes.
